1. Requests you can make
You may contact us regarding access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability where applicable, or withdrawal of consent.
2. How to submit a request
Email benothman@carthavia.com with the subject “Privacy request” and include: your name, the email address or phone number you used to contact us, the type of request, and any details that help us locate your data.
3. Identity verification
To protect your data, we will verify your identity before fulfilling a request — for example by replying to the email address associated with your data. We will not disclose personal data simply because someone provides another person’s email address. Please do not send identity documents unless we ask for specific, proportionate verification.
4. Response time
We aim to respond within one month where GDPR applies, which may be extended in accordance with the law for complex requests. Some requests may be limited where the law requires us to keep certain data.
